I may be gettin a few adult specimens, can you guys let me know some good care tips?
I was thinking a Pen Pal, with a few hides and peat moss as a substrate and a waterdish.....and some pothos.
Sound good?

I asked some questions not to long ago. Try to find my thread, its pretty recent.
But what im doing now is using ecoearth as it stays very humid and moist all the time. A bottle cap for a water dish as hes small. 3 pieces of fake leaves for him to hide under and hides that ive dug out the underneath so he can sort of burrow under them. I use a thin piece of slate and sort of dig out a little under it. He seems to like it :)
They are really cool!!

For adults I would say go witha 10 gl, peat moss as substrate possibly with the false bottom method, make sure you provide a hide for each scorpion so they can have their own "space" if they need it. Also, I can't stress this enough, keep that humidity high. I've known some people that didn't keep their humidity high enough and their emps eventualy ended up having a lot of trouble moulting. I find if you keep your Pandinus in the right conditions they are a lot more comfortable and you will see more natural behaviors. Good luck and enjoy.
I did a post on emperor tank set up and care here.
