The day before the show I woke up with some weird compulsion to check my incubator, and these little guys were running around.

As per usual, one came out tan and one red:

Hehe, I have no self control when buying things and neither do my cresties when it comes to making babies :p

I'm using a Cannon Powershot G2...

If I EVER sell that red one, you get first dibs Matt :D

Thanks guys :D

What cute little additions! When it comes to cresties, you can't stop at one!! Last Xmas my sons bought me two baby cresties for Xmas..................guess what is coming again?

Nothing like a freshly hatched crestie to make an adult get all blithery and cootchie cootchie coo-ey. :)

They're so cute, Heather. Of course you realize that Matt is going to keep reminding you that he gave you one, so you'll have to give him the red one to keep things even. There's method behind his madness.

Betty... you don't need more, you've got enough. Your sons can give me the crestie(s) you're hoping to get. (I go first, remember respect your elders, and that's me. Sometimes age does come in handy ;) )

In response to you Hilde, how many is enough? I don't think there is such a thing..............
As far as Xmas, we are just starting to breed some females with Oreo (your awesome male that is now mine) and so I will make sure I keep you in mind for an offspring............maybe..........:)

I give up.

I am getting some!

I will prob go with 1.2 eventually!

What are the more "rare" morphs. I dont want to work with something that will become "Leopard Geckos" eventually. Are there any morphs that arent too common?

Hey Colleen :p I want to see pictures of yours! The geckos Hilde produces are always awesome looking, I wish I hadn't run out of money :(

As for the parents of those two, nothing crazy exciting...the male is tan but turns pretty red at night and has some brindling, and the female is a really dark olive-y bicolour.

BoidsUnlimited, as for morphs that are 'rare', check out http://www.pangeareptile.com/id87.htm

Those are 'investment quality'...and I just like looking at them :p PERSONALLY as favourite 'rarer' morphs go I love the creamsicles.

Now you've been converted, muahahahaha :D

Thanks guys.

Yea it's all your fault Heather! Now I am getting my very first crested next paycheck thanks to you haha. Your cresteds look so cute. Only wish I could have one at this very moment. BTW how much does the CGD diet usually cost?

HeatherRose

Muahaha. That's awesome Jon :D

Crested Gecko Diet is usually 6-8$...However, I've found that Gargoyle Gecko Diet is readily eaten by pickier babies, and contains more protein...:D

I've never seen the Gargoyle Diet, is it by T-Rex too?

Yeah, it is.. It looks almost identical to the Crested Gecko Diet, just the lid is a different shade of Purple.. I had a bunch at the show on Sunday, but it all sold out pretty quickly..
