Striped Male

This was one of my very first carpets. I don't take as many pics of him as some of my others because he isn't amazing, but I still love his pattern. His color is more like the second picture.

How do stripes work in jungles. Is it genetic or just from selective breeding?

Thanks guy's, I'm not completely sure about the genetics. I've heard of jungle lines with co-dominant stripes but I'm not sure if either of these are. I will eventually breed each of these to normals just to see what I get.

Good luck with that! Im looking to get a female maybe, so that later on down the road ill get to breed them. I just love my little male.
