I was just wondering because I just started keeping leos recently but when I bought all 3 of the ones I own from the same guy all their faces appeared to be a bit glossy around the nose and mouth at first I thought it was an infection and he told me that all leopards have that wet appearance to their nose and mouth area that it was just the skin in that area and all of his geckos looked the same in that aspect. However I saw a friends and his didnt appear that way although his room is conciderably darker than mine so that could have been the problem, but is it that they just have shiney snouts? their not moist or wet or anything of that sort also no reason to believe their sick, shed alot, eat alot, drink, alot, extremely active at night and even hours before lights out

I've noticed the same thing in my leos - I'm new with them as well. Sorry I can't say whether it's a problem or not, but I'm curious to hear what others have to say...
