Probably some of the smaller ones, like Rosies or Sand boas...

Why don't you do some research and find a snake that you like and can handle the requirements for? Instead of just the 'easiest'.

Well they are all pretty much the same once you know what you are doing. Your best bet is to look at some pics find out what you are looking at and then find out how to take care of them.
Some things to avoid maybe would be species that need to be kept really warm and or really humid. Those types of animals will take a bit more care. Rosy Boas and Kenyan Sand boas stay small and are easy to handle. They don't need it to be really hot, kenyans need to be hotter than Rosies but they both like it dry.
Cheers,
Trevor

Wut about balls r they ez to take care of

Balls aren't boas :) They're pythons...

Requirement-wise, they are relatively easy to take care of. Some (not all) ball pythons are known to be picky eaters and go off feeding for long periods of time. If you can handle the headache of a snake that might not be eating like clockwork, then a ball python may be for you.

Good luck :)
