How long are geckos usually when they hit 40 or 50 grams when they are ready to be? In inches please

It depends on how big they are. I have two females of the same length, one is 38 grams and the other is 44. Those ones are about 5 or 6 inches though.
they can be all different sizes, depends on what you feed them, i would say if they are fed butterworms, meal worms, superworms, that are higher in fat, then they will get bigger faster then feeding just crickets ... best thing to do is weigh them to be sure

Butters actually aren't too high in fat... very good source of calcium though. It depends how much they are eating as to how heavy they are at what size. Ours have usually hit the 40 mark around 5 or 6 inches though. (Diet of mealies, crix, Kings, butters, and silks)
