Apparently cottonmouth venom is tough on stains.

Yikes. Lets hope they dont start using cottonmouth venom for stuff like that. It could lead to many mistreated snakes and mass snake milking. But otherwise its a cool discovery.

Chances are they'll figure out how to synthesize it from proteins and we'll see a new stain remover on the market within a couple of years.
Only thing is, if it's only good for blood there will be two kinds of consumers: klutzes, and killers :)
Oh cool. I'll just ask my cottonmouths to spit on my dirty field clothes so they can look as fresh as new. LOL
i heard tat on the news today too, interesting to see what they do with that info!

Well, let's start cross breeding cottons with spitting cobra's :)
(just to make the milking somewhat easier :p )

This is only a thread a hot keeper can appreciate. Wonder if we crossed a Cotton with a King then to a gaboon if that would produce enough venom to do Teens laundry... Oh ya and how to we buy stock in this... { TIDE Laudry Soap} " With the fangs to get your stains out" Catchy slogan i think
