Rack???

anyone know how to bulid a leo rack?(for hatchlings, juvi's)
what size of rubber maid would be best?

I use 12 qt. for adults and 4 qt. for hatchlings, 8qt. for sub adults. I just built a big shelf out of some plyboard. not really much to it.

What do you heat it with?
I have a question about heating... can you use a zoo-med heat pad under the plastic container or is it too hot?

I just use heat tape, not sure about the heat pad.

You can use the zoo med heat pads, just make sure you hook them up to a thermostat.

how do u wire the heat tape for multiple levels?(using the strip of tape for each level)??

it depends you can use 1 long strip and weave it thorugh out the whole rack. yes, this will take more heattape but it will be easier. you could put separate strips on each shelve and connect different plug to each one and then plug them all into a strip cord. or you can wire them in a sequence.
