Just browsing around on the net and came up this pic:

Maybe I've overlooked this in the past, but I never thought of putting a plexiglass door on a rubbermaid. Does anybody else have a setup like this? Wish I would have heard about it earlier

thats a really cool idea! Sure beats a regular tank and looks relatively cheap too.

Ya, someone on here posted pics of a cage like that.

That is very cool, that's going into my favourites for ideas.

I may do that for my next tank. How would you attach the plexi glass to the rubbermaid though?

hmmmmmmmm, interesting. Very very interesting. I sense play time coming about. I have a few pieces of plexi laying around, and tons of rubbermaids.

I do that but it is more like a small window....... It is easier to just look in then to have to pull it off the rack........

Silicone will hold that plexiglass to the rubbermaid quite good. Plus as you can see he also put some screws in which is a good idea, to make it more resistant.

We put the screen on our rubbermaids for the cricket enclosure and it never gave away yet, and hopefully it won't wouln't want to walk in the room and see 2000 crickets gone...

It looks to me like he has a piano hinge running across the top and uses it as a door too.
