hello igot ? for all of you where do i place my thermometer in the warm side of my corn snake cage do i put it rite on the uth or on the side of the enclosure i just dont know CAN any 1 HELP me pleasethank you QueenHerpers hubby

I screwed mine to the bottom of the enclsure under the carpet (inside the enclosure) this way I know how hot the absolute hottest part is...you can also put it inside a hide on teh warm side or something too

NEVER use tape, accidents always happen and they are bad ones when they occur. Just put it right on the UTH because thats where the corn will sit, he won't sit on the side of his enclosure too often! :)

Yup, right over the UTH (on the inside) I put mine over the uth under her warm hide, so I know that if she burrows down she won't get to hot.

A UTH is an under tank heater.

You put the thermometer where YOU want to measure the temperature. I'm not sure how anyone can help you with that here.

oops...sorry I indeed do not tape it...that was pretty careless of me to write...I have mine screwed into the bottom of my enclosure (it's wood)

sorry again, yes, do not put tape in your enclosure
