View Full Version : Toes
do toes ever regenerate if they've fallen off as a result of lack of humidity?

No I don't belive they do, that it why it is reccommended that if you notice shed on the toes when they are done, you should take it off with a moist Q-tip. my leos have good humidity but they tend to always rip the skin off at the feet so I always need to take it off for them. actually I had to do that last night.

Toes will not grow back....... If given the proper humid hide there should not be a problem....... And as dark Angel said if you see some shin on the feet or toes you should take it off...... Just be gentle because you can make it worse if you do it wrong....... I dont think it takes much to pull a leos toe off.......Just make sure you wet the area down before you start taking skin off.....
:( I didn't know that they needed humid hides till like a month after i got my 1.1 my male lost some toes but my females fine, :( thanks guys
