Mixing Anitvenin

I have been asked this question before and wondered myself, but have not found any research regarding.

Can different antivenins be administered to the same patient? i.e. CroFab and Wyeth or Bioclon. Horse serums with horse serums? Horse serums with sheep serums? etc.

The only case I am aware of where different AVs were used is when Bret Welch was bitten by the atrox.
