Hi there I'm new to this site and hope to make lots of international friends. I'm from the Netherlands and live in a town near Rotterdam.

After a long wait and lots of talks with my Girlfriend I've bought a snake. below i've posted two pic's and a movie link.

Welcome on board man. Congratulations on getting your first snake! It won't be the last.

Looks like a ghost corn (anery. A) to me. And nice big enclosure you have there :) be sure to have plenty of hide boxes or he will get stressed as he will not feel secure.

He has a couple of hides, his favorite is beneath a rock under the lamp. (I've put legs under the rock, so that form above it looks like a normal rock but its a warm and comfort place for him to shelter.)

You're right it won't be the last, next satureday I'm getting my seccond Elaphe.

No! I dont want sand near my snake. I prefer (I hope I use the right name) Bark.

You can look on my site for the substance I use , its still under construction (need to finish it and than translate it.)
