Whats the difference between meal worms and super worms?
Are they the same just different sizes? also how many should i feed my leo at a time? do i just leave them in a dish until they are all gone?

Mealworms are smaller, but have more chitin than superworms. I will try to dig up a nutritional value sheet for you :)

Most people just put a bunch of mealies in a dish they cannot escape from, and let the leo eat at will. I check the worms daily to make sure they are getting eaten and are in good condition.
