perfect shed

if a snake has a perfect shed( one piece of skin with no breaks whatsoever) what does this tell u about its health. obviously it means its ok but how ok? the snake feeds and thermoregulates fine aswell

doesn';t really say anything about health, only that it is growin which is good, and that the humidity was good...
