hey everyone,

For my females laying box i used a Wendy's Salad container upsidedown and put perlite in the bottom. I spray it everyday with water to keep it moist. Is this a good laying box or should i do something different?

Thanks

Thats good i guess but make sure when she actually lays the eggs you transfer them to an incubator..dont leave them in the laying box

Almost any durable container will work, but since it's going to have moist substrate in it, tupperware, rubbermaid and the like are my choice. You'd be surprised how much scratching the females will do when they're trying to dig their "hole to China".

Alright thank - you. Yes i will put the eggs right into the incubator after she lays them.

Thanks
