unless they are het for something else, then yes, all the offspring should be normal hert reverse okeetee

hmmm kinda. First I am not an expert on this and this is my guess..../ explanation.

Okeetee is not something a snake can be het for. It's a locality or line bred trait. A "look" if you will. Okeetees are normals.

That being said a normal bred to a reverse okeetee would create normal babies het for amel. Now, because only one parent has Okeetee features, they may or may not turn out Okeetee looking themselves.

All would be normal het amel. To produce reverse okeetee hets you need two okeetees(pretty much what Marisa said) but even if some of the borders were thicker than usual on the F1 or F2 offspring, if you presented the babies as reverse okeetees you would technically be lying because the babies are okeeteeXnormals and not pure okeetees.
