Small Fish for Leos?

I was just thinking could you feed a leopard gecko guppies/feeder fish as a treat like a pinky mouse? I haven't done it, but was thinking it'd be pretty interesting to watch. Could they digest it? Would it be unhealthy?

i have never heard of that, and wouldn't do it. they probably wouldn't even eat it.

When I first got my leos, 13 years ago, I was also breeding my own guppies.

I wondered the same question.

My leos ate them with gusto.

Yes, they digested them fine. In fact, they were no worse for wear at all.

However, I don't think I would chance that again. In retrospect, I can't believe I did. There are just too many things that could have gone wrong feeding them such an unusual prey item. I think I probably got off lucky.
