how long till he's ready?

or is he ready now..i have a male leopard gecko, albino, and i was just wondering how long ill have to wait approx until hes ready to breed...He already has the hempinal(sp) bulges and the v line..does that mean anything?

I think the minimum is around 45g, if he that or more then go for it!
