I just thought I would share my recent acquisition of 1.2 JCP’s from Jeff F. (I also got a BRB, pix to follow)
I would like to add that Jeff was very professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with, every step of the way.
I look forward to doing business with him in the future, I might add that getting snakes from out west was no hassle at all.

Thanks
Jeff

Brian, did you color them with a hi-lighter? They weren't THAT yellow when I boxed them up!! LOL!

I must say though, that both Simon and Brian were DREAM customers. No question. No dinking around, no hassle, no backing out of deals 6 weeks later etc etc. They simply wanted some snakes, bought them, and I shipped them. That's how its SUPPOSED to work. Its people like Brian and Simon that make me WANT to sell animals. I wish more people were like them. And because of that, I wouldn't hesitate to reciprocate the transaction and buy some animals from either of them in the future!! For sure.

Thanx guys!! :D

Uh, Jeff. I'm getting pretty cold. Can you give me some kind of time line? My case of beer froze before I could finish it!
I trust you though so I'll go back out now.
Cheers,
Trevor

Maybe. My approach to the whole show thing now is to only come if there's a couple thousand $$ in pre-sales. Its a TON of work to pack all the animals up, rent a car, drive 19 hours, set up the tables, etc etc etc. If there's like $2-3k in pre-ordered animals, I'll make the trip. If not, then I might just fly out and do some camping and stop by the show, but not bring any animals. Its tough to spend $1200 to go to a show, and sell like $300 worth of animals!! LOL! Especially when the week you get back you have internet orders for like $9,000 worth of snakes! Makes you re-assess the priorities, know what I mean.

In the beginning it was totally worth it to get the name out, hand out business cards, meet people, see who has what, etc etc. But now it just not a top priority. I'd like to go, and if I actually lived in Alberta, I'd be there in a second! Actually, if I lived in Alberta, I'd help set the damn thing up! But way out here in .....ahem.....god's country, its just too hard.

I'll let you know buddy. For sure. Plus if its shipping you want to save on, I always have orders going to Deadmonton and Cal-greeee every week in the summer. I'm sure you can double up with someone else and save on freight.

Take it easy. Happy Holidays!
