Trying to figure out if these guys are climbers and need a lot of height? I'm wondering if a cage size of 36Lx24Wx11.5H is okay?

They aren't really climbers....
Most are kept in rubbermaids due to their need for at least 90% humidity......

Too small. 4x2x1 for adults.

And no, they don't really need climbing space.

Is there much of a size difference between males and females?

No size difference that I've seen. I currently only have 5.16 adults in my care right now, and there is no correlation between sex and size with my captives. But that's a low amount of data to draw any concrete conclusions.
