Bubbles good or bad?

Well heres the scoop........I know its mainly used for things like cam's BUT we set one of those air stone things with an air pump in a water dish in one of our tanks today at work. I was just looking for some opinions from you guys.....I really want to get one i think they look awsome. Its for my leopard gecko, do you guys think its a bad idea? I know they raise humidity but im not sure as to how much. I wanted to just get a small one for the visual effects:) Anyways!
