hey
One of my leopard geckos seems to be having some troubles with shedding. All of the shed is gone on her body but there is just a little bit left on her eye and her nose. The part over her eye is forcing her eye almost shut. i have tried soaking her in water and spraying her with water but its not coming off. What should i do?
Thanks for the help
Matt
take a sterile sponge and soak her in warm water for 15 mins if it and gently rub it over the unshed parts if it doesn't come off repeat it will come off eventually

My leo's have this problem occassionally. I always get a q-tip and lightly dip it in baby oil. I rub that gently on the stuck skin, and then gently remove it with tweezers. Works every time. Just be gently and move slowly. They tend to panic when they can't see well from stuck skin around the eyes.

I prefer a bottle of saline for eyes. Look for a brand forulated for sensitive eyes. Saline bottles will give you a better stream than visine.

I would recommend switching to something other than baby oil. It has added fragrance which can be irritating, especially if it gets in to the mucus membranes.
