I have a male and female leo living together (2yrs old) and want to introduce my new leo from the september show. I was just wondering the best way to go about it. She is 6 months old but not quite as big as the others.
I guess my main question is, should she be comparable in size to the other 2?
And then some other silly questions coming from somebody that keeps very territorial chameleons, so go easy on my please.
Is night-time better than day-time?
Should I introduce them in a neutral setting before just plunking her into their house?
I plan to include her own personal hide she has now, could I maybe put it in with my adults and let them smell that first and see how they take it?
Thanks

She should be at least 75% the size of the other ones. And the best way to do it is to clean the cage, rearrange the furniture, and then put all 3 of them into the "new" cage. I usually do this early in the day so that I can observe them and make sure everything is going well.

Also, has there been a quarantine period?

Thanks LISA.
Yeah there has been a quarantine - I got the newbie in the beginning of september and she has been living in her own cage in a completely different room of the house. I am just eager to get them all housed together!!! You know haw excited leos get with something new. :)
