first pinkie

gave my gecko an extremely small pinkie for the first time I won't be feedin anythin else for a day or 2. I will rarely do this but just a really nice treat.

Thats cool. I use pinkies in moderation for females and males in my colony. Just remember they chocked full of fat. Actually thats all they are but nothing wrong with one every now and then.

yeah they're just putting fat on your gecko unless you dip their buts in calci powder (not faces)

Why not faces? I'm planning on using frozen pinkies, if my gex will eat them, and I'm just curious why it's the rumps that are supposed to be dusted - unless they'e live pinkies, which I can understand.

Pinkies have a lot of proteins and calcium, not just fat. I use pinkies often for my water dragon and leopard gecko and they love that!
