In spring, I might be breeding my big boy, Smeagol, to one of Pixie's leos. From what I could see, all of Anny's leos are normal sized but Smeagol is 9", over 100 grams and is still gaining weight an growing. I don't really want him attacking or hurting Anny's leos and would like to know if the idea sounds safe to you or if I should use one of my other males.

Thanks a bunch!!

Breed him to a large leo of his size, usually if the male is too rough or something the female will reach around and give him a chomp and he lets go. But if hes not being too rough and just biting her side or neck then leave him to do his thing.

Just keep an eye on him :) If it looks like he's being excessively rough, you can always separate them... but as long as the female is of a good breeding size/weight, it's ok to use a male that's bigger...
