Help me Choose!

hey im getting a JCP from Jeff Favelle in about 4-5 weeks and i have no idea which one out of these 2 to choose. the first one im posting is the one i was supposed to get and the second one is a new one he offered me, both is not an option. the reason theres another one to choose from is because someone backed down from a deal.


heres the one i was supposed to get which jeff fays will be jet black and bright, low yellow when older.

heres the new one, which jeff says will likely be very high yellow but have a brownish color instead of black.

the reason im asking is because i really don't know how to choose, im leaning towards the first one but i reallly don't know which will be nicer when they're older.

i like the the lighter pattern on the second snake alot, but it depends on what you wanna end up with when it gets older

the pattern on the first one is just so danm cool, i haven't seen many jungles with one like it. the second seems like a normal, high yellow to me but its awesome too....damn this is tough

I personally like the first, but it's up to you. They're both great, but I like the look of the first, and it sounds like it's going to be nice when it's older. ;)

They are both very nice and will look different as adults.
Which ever one you take, it will be an awesome one because of who it comes from.
I also bought 2 (not from Jeff but from someone else). I bought a very light phase male and a nice dark female.
I can't tell you which one to choose, if you are gonna pick it up in person handle both and you will make the right choice I am sure.

I like the second one. The color on it will come with time(IMO). you cant go wrong with Jeffs snakes I'm pleased with my 2 anyway. Make sure you just reach right in an grab it out of the ontainer when you get it home. They like sudden movements:)

Hehe j/k they can be fairly nippy when young. Just take a deep breath cause the worst part is thier speed. The bite, if they actually get you and not themselves:), feels like 2 very tiny pin pricks.

thats the exact opposite of why i bought it. the pattern on the first one is much better imo. it will have less yellow, but a brighter yellow and darker black i hope. i haven't seen many jcp's with the first one's pattern, they all seem to have stripes. but i saw one on jeff's site with the sort of dotty/cryptic pattern and i liked it the most so thats why i chose the way i did

ya I agree with lordkovacs. I personally prefer the ones with more yellow but I have seen some really kickass ones where the black is black and has less yellow over all. The only person that has to be happy with your purchase is you:D

I like the second one... it's all just a personal opinion. I dont think it will have a brown background, per se, more like a lighter sort of highlighted black. Check out reptilicusreptiles.net they have some pics of jcp's where you could probaby tell what each of those may turn out like.

i already chose the first one. jeff told me it would end up looking somethin like his JCF4 on his site (available > jcp) and the second one would look more like JCF5. i like JCF4 more so i chose that one....i also like the pattern on the first one more then the wide yellow bands
