how big are they when normals lose most of their lavender colour

It all depends on the individual. I have an adult female who still has lavender bands on her back.

cause nines 7 inches and it still has guite a bit of lavender

I agree. All of my holdback females retained a decent amount of lavender on their bodies in to adulthood, although the couple males we kept didn't.

I didn't mean to imply that the sex really has anything to do with it, I was just stating that some of ours kept it, some of them didn't... just happened to be all the females we kept retained a lot of lavender with reduced pattern and the males didn't. Our neighbour purchased a couple females off of us and hers turned out to be identical to our holdback males.
