Hi, I was wondering how sensitive leo's are to sound

humm, they do not have ears, they feel vibrations. They don't hear, but feel the waves emitted by our voice or speakers.
hmm ok...i was just wondering because i have a electric guitar in my room..and i don't want to stress her out

Umm, they don't have ears? The last time I checked, all of mine did. Maybe no external structure, but they certainly have ear openings and functional internals. I can almost guarantee that playing in the same room will cause a great deal of stress as well as possible hearing damage to leopards.

those openings are the reptile version of ears. reptiles are sensitive to bass. it makes them think there's a predator cause you know.. footsteps.. low pitches in the ground.. predetor.. yeah..

I'm fairly certain that most lizards have functional ears. They just don't have external ear parts, but they can definately hear.

most lizards do have external ear structure and a ear drum. I'm not sure how well they hear but I think they have functional hearing. Some burrowing lizards dont have any visible ears I think

One of the criteria used to differentiate lizards from snakes is the presence of external ear openings. Virtually all true lizards posess them. As for their sensitivity to frequency, well, I suppose that's anyone's guess as we can't walk a mile in their ears.
Take a look inside one. That thin membrane looks very delicate and easy to damage. It also would seem that such a fine structure would be able to process a lot higher frequencies than the bass range. From the variety of pitches in vocalization in the gecko family, I'm fairly certain that ears are more functional than many people think.
I would err on the side of caution and not subject the animals to a sonic assault. I'm sure they would thank you if they could.

you could use your elec guitar just dont use an amp in front of the leos. yes leos can pick up higher frequencies i see the response when i shake a container of crickets they crowd to the front of the window.

i believe geckos, of most species, have better hearing than other lizards. considering they make the widest range of vocal sounds, that would make sense. whereas most lizards are limited pretty much to just hissing, geckos are able to make other sounds as well.
Lizards have a very large portion of their brains dedicated to processing sound waves and so their hearing is probably very good. High noise levels most definitely stress them out.
Im not trying to be like smart or anything as i havent even got my first leo yet, but I did my homework..... the book said they have super sensitive hearing dunno if its true or not hope this helps

I belive geckos can hear and destiguish between sounds. I'll give an example: when anyone comes over or my boyfriend comes home you get no response at all from my leos. When I come home it's a whole other story. The second i speak domino (one of my leos) comes running out of her hide and starts climbing air until i pick her up or until she gets tired of trying to get to me. This happens EVERY day!!!! So if leos can't hear then why does she only react this way with me.
