Could someone explain to me why it is hypo tang? I know hypo has to do with number of spots but that male has more orange on his tail than the other leo in the other post and that one was called a carrottail? I would appreciate some clarification.

PS they are sweet leos!!!

mark129er...It is "hypo" because it has 10 or less spots on its back and "tang" because of it's color. Zoes male is almost a super hypo beause it only has a few very small spots...which may end up going away.
The owner of the gecko in the other post asked if his gecko was a corrot tail....he was told it was not in many of the replys. It is normal for leos to have abit of orange at the bace of the tail. A carrot tail...IMO should have half it's tail orange. Zoes male is getting colse....He does have carrot tail genes though...his dad was from Ray Hines lines.
