it took me awhile but i finaly managed to hatch one of these guys out hopefully now the other 2 eggs i have from my other female will hatch soon

Well done Braydon - he sure is a plump little guy! Did you say they lose that colouring over time?

Great job! I love velvet geckos! Currently I have a sub adult pair (well just barely adults) of Northern velvets (Oedura castelnaui). Good luck with them! I hope to get some Oedura monilis someday!

yup tim and julie they have the weird incubation the one you helped me with lol i kinda had to switch it around a litle bit to make it work to me awhile but i think i finaly have a good way of incubateing them down(its actualy realy easy) and lowel they hatched a bit over 70 days which i thought was kinda weird it didnt fit into anyones days well ive got two more eggs from them due to hatch within the next couple of weeks i think this baby rolled one of the eggs though so one of them might not hatch
and they still stay that colour they just seam to get more smaller spots if i get some time il post a picture of one of the adults
