That is sad to hear, its bad news.
It could be just about anything.
Almost all problems are husbandry related.

I know we all like to think we provided well for our animals, but when they scream at us (in their language) that they are sick, its best to keep an open mind and consider the possibility that we aren't doing as well as we'd like.
KEEP TRYING to improve. It's what will make you a sucessful keeper. The ones that think their set-ups are perfect, it was the damn animal that was defective are, sadly, wrong.

Check your temps. They need cool as much as they need hot. They don't want to be 90 degrees all the time. They need to be able to choose. Lack of hiding will prevent them from thermoregulating, even though they need to. Hiding is their life. Take a critical look at your set-up.

Lastly, they can go long periods without food. Don't worry about the food, worry about the setup.
Good luck. D.

Also the food could have been to big for him/her.

Well the tmps were right...hiding was good, it provided lots of shade...the hopper did seem a little large for him though...could that of been it?

sometimes they will regurg food items that are to large for them.. I havent seen it happen to often, but it does happen.

How long have you had the sav, and have you had any previous problems? Find any other regurg in the enclosure etc?

I recommend keeping him on insects for awhile then, chances are the rodent was to large.

have you had a fecal done on him? It could be internal parasites that are just coming to the surface. Or, it could be that the rodent was just too large. I would get a fecal done just to be sure.
