Things you need to do in order to place an order:
First we need you to e-mail us or call with your order in order for us to put your animals aside for you. Next thing is for you to supply us with your full daytime mailing address along with name and phone number in order for us to give you a shipping and handling fee quote. You will then need to send us a Money order or cashier’s cheque payable to Robert Boudreau in the amount of your chosen animals (no taxes) and S&H Fee as we will have agreed upon. We will then ship your order out to you the very same day we receive payment. We have a live arrival guarantee and we track each and every order via internet therefore we need you to contact us as soon as you receive your animals to let us know how they made the trip. With that said, we are pleased to inform you that we have had fewer than 1% dead on arrival including winter shipping.
If you have any questions whatsoever, please feel free to call or e-mail us with them.
