well i just got back from that trip i told you guyd about. the one were the main goal was to find timbers and copperheads. well we didnt find any venomous species, but we did catch a hole lot a herps, heres the list

0.1 -5 line skink
o.o.5 -eastern worm snake
0.0.5 -box turtles
1.0 -fence lizard
0.0.2 -fouler's toads
0.03 -american toad (humungous might i add)
0.0.1 -yellow ringneck
0.0.1 -wood frog

i would have loved to find a venomous snake, but it was too hot, i am going to join VHS (virginia herpetological society) soon, so i bet i will have some new trips and pics later. speaking of pics i will put them in my gallery, i have yet to load and resize them.

Sucks you didn’t see any, but in VA you will if you stay after it.

Dude I completely know how you feel I regularly go out looking for Canebrakes and Western Pimy Rattlers in East, TX and never have any luck, even though I am in prestine habitat. Keep after it dude!!!
