oh thank you for filling me in on that i thought they laid eggs and they were pregnant and the vet said that there wer going to be about 28 babies so i figured they layed eggs.should i seperate the newly born garters to a different tank?

Garters are born live. I have 3 of them. And cyberghost pm me cause i am selling 2 western plains garters. I can also get pictures of them. No garters really dont need seperate cages when born , unless the food is totally different. Like big goldfish with small rosy reds or like huge worms and small ones, but the babies dont need a seperate cage EACH, but it would be good if they were apart from the parents. Also what kingf of garters are these. Just give me a a color and pattern. pm this to me ok? And in my experience my garter had 28 babies, but sometimes theyu might only lay one egg so it doeasnt matter. pm me i need to talk to you about water snakes too.

I am looking for any garters but I don't want super expensive morphs I know regular escpeccialy wild caught ones are worth harldy anything which is why I asked garterguy I wam wiling to pay $25.00 but would like to pay in the $5.00-$15.00 range I've seen people sell them for cheaper but I never wnated them before. I think it was like 5 for $10.00 wild caught.

Cannibalism is pretty common if the neonates are left in with the parents so I'd separate.

But the eggs haven't hatched yet so no worries at all! :D
