i think it is to break up their shape in the trees. and males have long noses and females have a a leafy nose.

it will eat 1 a week at this size. but they are there when ever its hungry.

Ooops...sorry! I honestly just think that feeding him geckos is really really fascinating! I will try not to do it again. By the way, she is beautiful!

yeah... some people call them mimic twig snakes. when i think of that name i think of the name "mimic twig snake" it sounds like a snake that looks like the thelotornis genus.

That nose is so crazy!!! I personally like the green ones more but check out that snout!!!! It's so cool!! Do you know why they have such long noses?

i agree emily. i do like the green vine snakes more. which do you like the Ahaetulla or Oxybellis?

Well Oxybelis is from central and south america. and ahaetulla is from Asia. Asian vine snakes grow 4-5 feet at the very most and oxybelis grow up to 8 feet. asian vine snakes have horizontal pupals in (-) shape and some people say that they have the best vision of any snake. they are really good at judging distances. oxybelis have round pupals in (o) that shape, more commonly seen in other colubrids.
