Wow, Dom, that is one huge mother of a cage. :)

How many doors do you have into that thing? I see eight from the pics.

Theres two cages in there.. the top one is not the Rock python cage.. wich has 5 doors.. 3 in front and two on the side.. Here is what it looked like before the new sav cage..

I keep my plans in my head too i rarely draw them out thats a cool cage I personaly would have put one big door on the top instead of 3 on each side but then again i like to build my cages as simple as humanly possable to save time i usually make them out of melimine because its cheap and I HATE painting and sanding so i avoid it when ever i can

I used the 3 doors in front because, this cage actually splits in pieces of 4x2 for moving .. so I have to make the front like so..

I could of used melanine as well although I find that a would looks much nicer and as Edwin said.. I totally made it so it would match with the rest of my cages! I'm a loser i know.

The thing I hate the most though is by far PAINTING.. I dred doing it..

For this cage though, since I was going to have dirt in the bottom and high humidity .. I actually put those plastic carpet covers over the floor.. I use plastic cement and then cocking for the lil extras.. I am very satisfied.. For my previous savanah cage, I had simply used cocking and varathane and in a matter of 5 month , the floor was rotten because of the dirt..

You learn from your mistakes..
