Recently required a 7 year old Florida King and currently have him in a 36" glass enclosure. Looking to build a 4'X2X2 enclosure made with birch plywood. It will be fully enclosed with Pro Heat Radiant heat. My question is where and what size vents should I install for ventilation. I live in the Pacific NW (USA) and my ambient room temp is usual around 70 degree. In my current glass enclosure the humidity seems low, so hopefully I can increase it with the wood enclosure. Thanks

First, kings do not require very high humidity. Somewhere around 50-60% should be fine unless the snake is shedding.

I have 4x2x15 enclosures. The vents are located in the back corners and in the middle of the back. There are four 4"x3" vents and one 6"x3" vent. The vents are just a handful of thin cuts through the pvc. That amount of ventilation is more than adequate.
