Hello, I have a 12 year old female Kenyan sand boa named "charles" (obviously didn't know the sex when i got her as a baby). She is in a 40 gallon breeder tank with reptisand, a heat light and a water bowl on the cool end. We now live in Naples Florida and I am running out of indoor space. I am wondering if she would be ok living on my screened in porch? No direct sunlight or precipitation. SW Florida is always toasty hot, but also humid ~60-90%. I don't have to move her outside if it would risk her health, I care about her like I would any other pet I've had for 12 years, but it would really help.

I don't think the humidity will be a problem. Make sure that you're using a thermostat, not a rheostat, because the temperature fluctuations in the screen room will require a good controller to prevent things from getting too hot.

I'd also switch the substrate to coco coir instead of sand.
