Hello everyone, I recently got a Peruvian Rainbow Boa. A yearling. I have the enclosure as a tub, with eco earth coconut fiber on the bottom, I have the water bowl all the way on the cold side, and have holes on the lid of the enclosure, and some holes on the sides and yet the humidity is still super high at 99%, I'm not sure what else I am suppose to do to lower the humidity except drill more holes on the side or top or something... Any ideas?

You have a rainbow boa. You shouldn't be worried about lowering the humidity. 99% is perfect.

Are you sure? I thought ideal was in the high 80's? or low 90's. She wont get an RI?

Ideal is as close to 100% as you can get. 85-90% is a minimum. Babies shouldn't go under 85%, and adult should stay above 80% but can tolerate it down to 75%. But all ages do best when humidity is allowed to get as close to 100% as possible.

With rainbow boas, RIs are only a problem when their humidity is allowed to drop too low. They are not prone to RIs or scale rot so long as their bedding is kept clean and the humidity is nice and high. With rainbows, there's no such thing as too high of humidity.

That said, if you've got lots of condensation, you can expect mold growth, so you will need to clean everything more often. So, if you're not able to figure out how to keep the high humidity without the mold, it's ok to drop it to 80-90%, but I wouldn't worry about the high humidity harming her, no.

Jokes aside, the lower limits I use are 80% for an adult, and 90% for a baby. Make sure you are using a substrate that is mold-resistant. If you want, you can always lower humidity with more holes, but I'd add them very slowly -- they are easy to add, but hard to take away.
