skittish corn around food?

yesterday was odd it was feeding day and usually my corn is a great eater today thoe he was acting odd I had just cleaned hiss cage out and rearranged the stuff and maybe that was it.anyway i feed him three pinkies I"m switching to fuzzzies next week. when I tried to feed him he started backing away from the mouse then eventually he casually went over and slowly ate i same with the next one but then he opened his mouth and started gapping and the cosed it but refused the food he seemened more intrested in my hand whenver I'd wiggle the dead little pinkie hed go for my hand?? that's freaking me out is he going to bite me or something and also I eventually took the 3rd mouse out why wouldn't he eat? should I wait and try again later?

You'll have to keep working on getting him to take the fuzzies without a fuss , he's probably just a little nervous...but don't worry about him biting you, if he's just on pinkies/fuzzies his bites won't hurt a bit, he's too small.
