I'm thinking about getting this baby cornsnake, but I'm curious as to how old you guys think it is. These are the only pics from the seller and they don't show it's size too well. The seller said that she has only had it for three weeks and the previous owner said it was a year old. I could very well be wrong but I would think it would be bigger if it was a year old.

Update: I ended up getting the little bugger. I don't know it's gender, but for now I'm just going to assume it's a male. He's exactly 18 inches long, don't have a scale so can't weigh him. Apparently the woman who I got him from had bought him for her son who quickly decided snakes are nasty and slimy. They had no clips or anything to keep the lid on the terrarium so, naturally, at some point he got out, and after finding him three days later the mom was too freaked out to keep him inside so the poor baby got tossed out onto their porch until he got a new home . So now that I've added a new addition I think I can safely say I now have a hobby involving reptiles :D. Without further ado, more pics of the newly dubbed Sekani! (He is really fast so please excuse the blurry pics.)

He's a beauty! I would say that 1 - 1,5 year old is possibly. Some of them grow rather slow, and it also depends on how often he was feed.

Could be a year old if it hasn't been fed much. The age is probably a really rough estimate, though. A lot of people don't keep track of snake birthdays :P

He's cute, though! And looks healthy.
