My Green Anaconda Honks?

Every once in a while my annie makes these soft nasal honking sounds. She appears healthy and does not show signs of RI, but it's weird. It doesn't seem like snakes should be able to make those kind of noises. Why is she making these noises?

Maybe she swallowed a car? Nah, just kidding. I don't have any experience with any of the giant snakes. Remember anacondas are more of a aquatic or semi aquatic species. I know they spend a lot of time in the water and submerged. Could have something to do with it. Their respiratory systems may be a lot more complex than we are aware of. Does it seem like it's a sound coming from the respiratory system or the gastrointestinal system?

It definitely sounds like the sound is coming from her respiratory system.

Yeah, i'll make it unanimous. VET. You just don't want to play when it comes to their ability to breathe.
