So I went to feed my JCP tonight, and I noticed some spots on his back that kinda look like dirt or what not. I am just concerned for him. I uploaded a couple of photos (sorry for the terrible quality cant find my real camera atm).
Thanks for any help!

I have taken a few more shots that show the discoloration. Some of the spots are a light red color.

i can't really find what the problem is on the pictures, it's too blurry/far away.

Hard to make out what you're pointing out. Could you possibly take some closer pictures or circle what you think some of the problem areas are?

Scale rot starts on the belly scales. It would be really weird and like the first time ever for scale rot to randomly appear on top of the snakes back.
To properly indentify scale rot we need to know what causes it.
Scale rot comes from snakes laying in damp/wet AND unsanitary conditions for a lengthy time period. It starts with reddish looking scales along the belly and then it turns fungal and becomes gross.
For a snake to develop that on it's back it would have to be laying inverted in those conditions for a lengthy period of time.
Depending on what I'm trying to look at, would tell me what it may be. Could it be an infection of the scales from something else? Possibly. If you're really concerned about rot then a vet visit is necessary.

Here are some close ups of some of the spots on the snake. They are brownish in color and appear in a few areas around the snake.

Looks like normal JCP ageing to me... most of them muddy with age in the yellows.

Not scale rot.
Looks like colouration changes as already stated.

Took some quick pics of my Jungle as I was heading out the door for you. He's coming up on 2 years old and has those same spots. He's had them for a while and I attribute it to him getting older. IMO you have nothing to fear
