Question on feeding size

I was just wondering if feeding my brb too large of a rat can harm her? If she eats it is it fine or can there be problems

If the snake eats it then it isn't too big.

Soad, too large of a meal can leave her prone to a regurg. Aim for a prey size of no wider than the snake at its thickest point. Some people say 1.5 times...but rainbows are prone to obesity in captivity, so I think it's safer to go lighter. I feed my babies weekly, juveniles every other week, and non-breeder adults every three weeks.
