What thermometers are you using to measure temps?
What thermostat are you using to control the heat source?
I would ditch the glass tank and look into getting a tub or commercial snake enclosure. Glass tanks with screen tops are not good at retaining heat and humidity.
For now cover the screen top with foil and leave just enough space for the heat lamp.
Offer food once a week until it eventually takes.

No problem, just here to help.
You have both thermometers and thermostats? What kinds are you using exactly?
You can make glass tanks work, it's just hard to tweak things right when you are new to keeping snakes. As said before, as long as you cover the screen top so that the conditions in the enclosure are more stable he should be fine.
I saw a comment I agreed with in your other thread. Just have patience and give him time. Try feeding him once a week and he should take if your temps are good.

I don't know anything about dumeril's but when blaze is hungry he follows me around the tank and looks at me like I'm a cheeseburger! But I would wait a good 5 days from the last attempt to make sure he's super hungry.

Just takes a few google searches. I would also recommend finding a well known breeder of dumerils boa who can help you with husbandry along the way.

Ditch the heat lamp, use just a heat mat on a thermostat and cover most of your lid with aluminum foil or acrylic or something. Even better would be to switch to a plastic tub with a few holes for ventilation, use a heat mat on a thermostat and put the water bowl partially on the heat mat.

I use these t-stats, work great for less than half the price of most other options out there.

I also use heat tape from Reptile Basics, far cheaper than a heat mat, not sure how they work with glass, but I don't see why they would be an issue. They sell ultratherms which are, IMO, the best heat mats on the planet right now.
I would also use a plastic tub but spraying the tank works as well.

It'd be much easier to move him into a proper enclosure or tub. This way you don't have to constantly mist the tank creating spikes of low and high humidity.
Ditto on the tub. They really aren't expensive if you just get a sterilite tub or something from Walmart and solder or drill some holes in it. Best of luck.

Yes, you can spray, but its best to have proper humidity all the time and not spikes of proper and improper humidity, like Mikoh said. The tub will be much easier to maintain and with a heat lamp and screen lid you may find yourself spraying at least once a day. The thermostat that millertime linked is a good one, and the ultratherm heat mats are great too, and inexpensive. They cost a little bit less for the size than one you'd get at a pet store and they're non-adhesive, so they can be still be taken off easily and used for a different enclosure.
