New Crested Gecko. The good news, is that this is the Black Milk Snake of lizards - no additional heat required! Even for eggs :D So, in a year, I may or may not be breeding these awesome little guys.

As he grows, I will add more leaf cover. I want to be sure he can find his food for now.

Cute crestie! They are definitely addictive and they are fun to breed. Of course, that does mean that everyone and their dog are breeding them too, so selling the babies can be difficult. I keep telling myself that I should stop breeding mine but I so love having hatchlings!

I want to hatch one clutch (2-3 eggs right?)
If I can't rehome them, I can just keep them.

Depends on the female but she can lay a clutch of two eggs roughly every 30 days after being bred. Up to 10 clutches I guess but I've usually only heard of them laying around 6 to 8 clutches. One of my girls in a great breeder and lays them every 30 days like clock work, somewhere around 6 to 8 a year but the other one is very erratic and usually only has a few clutches a year.

I currently have 3 clutches from the predictable breeder, she laid one just last night, and the other girl just laid her first clutch two nights ago.
