So I bought an red iguana, with enclosure for $40. S/he has part of it's tail missing and was really skinny when I got it. Was from one of my daughter's friends and come to find out on the way home it wasn't eating well. Now, with good heating and a UV light s/he is doing much better. Also the coloring has improved greatly.

As you can see it is still rather wary of me. If I get to close the poor baby freaks out. I want to hold the precious sooo bad. I have had it for around 2 months and I try to hold my hand in the cage for a few minutes every day. Any suggestions how to speed up the trust process?
