My Christmas came early and I got my BRB from Cliff at Living Gems this morning. He was overnighted from California and I spent every half hour refreshing my FedEx tracking number until he made it on the delivery truck. Then I may have spent every ten minutes opening my front door in case I missed hearing them knock on the door...
Meet Achades! Named for a river that is known for producing Agate and Chalcedony, I thought it was a fitting name for him. I took a few pictures before placing his cup in his new home, he was active and not nippy at all (luckily for my fingers).

Thank you, Kera! I'm so tickled pink and excited to hold him but I'm making myself wait until he's had at least one meal and a week or so to settle in.
He's so cute! I'd be too tempted to hold him all the time. :p I bet he just shines with that iridescence of his. Congrats! :)

Amazing dorsal linkage! I haven't seen any BRBs with that much linkage before!
He's gorgeous, congrats!!
Beautiful boy! Congrats on him! Is he from litter A or B?

That definitely looked like one of Cliff's babies, I suspected even before you mentioned him. I can't think of a better source to get a Brazilian from! Congratulations!

Thank you guys so much! He's from litter A, baby #20. I'm hoping to pull him out next week for better pictures, these just don't do him justice.
Cool, I have a sibling from the same litter, #8 now named Wash.

This litter had quite a few babies with dorsal chaining, I was pleased.
