Hey, I was wondering if this is a red harlequin crested?

Harlequins usually have alot more markings on their sides and legs from what i know. that is what i would call a flame.

Oh ok may just be the photo the guys says its a red harlequin. He could be wrong, but that's the guy I'm picking up tomorrow.
